John Glick

On 5 March 2015, John Glick notified the Company that he purchased 13,500 Hunting PLC Ordinary shares of 25p each at a price of 486p per share. The purchase took place on 5 March 2015.

Following this transaction John Glick's beneficial holding is 13,500 Ordinary shares in Hunting PLC representing 0.009% of the Company's share capital.
