In accordance with DTR 3.1.2, Wilmington Group plc announces that Neil Smith, a PDMR, on 26 February 2009 purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 98.6p through his self-invested pension fund. His resultant holding of ordinary shares is 260,000 which is 0.31% of the issued share capital with voting rights.
