Mercury Recycling Group PLC07 July 2005 Mercury Recycling Group plc announces it was informed that on 5 July 2005 BryanNeill, Director, sold 42,500 ordinary shares in the Company at 29 pence pershare. Following this transaction Mr Neill is now interested in 1,190,000ordinary shares, representing approximately 3.56 per cent. of the issued sharecapital of the Company.
