Announcement of Acquisition of Shares
ARM Holdings plc (the "Company") announces that on 27 October 2014 certain directors and PDMRs acquired shares in the Company through automatic reinvestment of dividends on shares that previously vested under the Long Term Incentive Plan or the Deferred Annual Bonus Plan and are still held in the administrator's account.
Also on 31 October 2014 certain PDMRs acquired shares under the Company's Employee Stock Purchase Plan ("ESPP").
The total holdings of these directors and PDMRs after these additions are as follows:
