Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Board of Globo PLC (AIM: GBO.L) has been informed that Costis Papadimitrakopoulos, Chief Executive Officer, has today purchased 105,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 18.75 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Papadimitrakopoulos is interested in a total 67,749,135 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing approximately 23.21 per cent. of the total issued share capital.
