On 30 June 2008, Computacenter Plc was notified that Simon Walsh, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility within the Company, had on the same day, purchased 30,000 ordinary shares at a price of 130.66p (this transaction represents less then 0.02% of the Company's issued share capital).

Following these transactions, Simon Walsh's beneficial holding in the Company is 83,579 ordinary shares (representing 0.055% of the Company's issued share capital).
