Dawnay, Day Treveria PLC ('DTR' or the 'Company')

The Company has been informed that, on 25 July 2008, Dawnay, Day Deutschland Limited sold 2,773,857 shares in DTR at a price of 30.5c per share. 

This disposal was made as a result of the forced closing of a leveraged position.

Both Peter Klimt and Guy Naggar are directors of the Company's asset manager, Dawnay, Day Treveria Real Estate Asset Management Limited and have interests in Dawnay, Day Deutschland, as previously disclosed. 

Following the above sale, Mr Klimt and Mr Naggar no longer have any interests in the shares of the Company.
