Notification of Director or PDMR share interest

The board of Travis Perkins plc ("the Company") was notified on 16 May 2014 of the purchase on 16 May 2014 by Tony Buffin, Director, of 3,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("shares"), at a price of 1611p. As a result of this purchase Mr Buffin's beneficial interest is 43,807 shares which represents less than 0.1% of the issued share capital.

The Company were also notified on 16 May 2014 of the purchase on 16 May 2014 by Robert Walker, Chairman, of 3,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("shares"), at a price of 1628.64p. As a result of this purchase Mr Walker's beneficial interest is 89,007 shares which represents less than 0.1% of the issued share capital.
