Director/PDMR Shareholding

SDL PLC ("the Company") was advised that:

Isabel Lancaster and Maria Lancaster connected persons of Mark Lancaster, CEO of SDL PLC, purchased 10,000 and 14,500 SDL PLC ordinary shares respectively at 349.8p per share on 24 October 2014.

As a result of these transactions Mark Lancaster's total holding in the Company including connected persons is 1,371,137 shares representing 1.69% of the Company's issued share capital.
