Hambledon was advised today that Mr. Neil Stevenson, a Director of Hambledon, today purchased 1,000,000 ordinary shares in the company at 2.625p per share.
Accordingly, Neil Stevenson now has an interest in 1,000,000 ordinary shares representing 0.2% per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
