GPG announces a change in director's interests following the exercise by Sir Ron Brierley over 1,178,969 Ordinary shares of 5p ("Shares") at an exercise price of 17.176 pence per share on 12 October 2011.

Sir Ron Brierley now holds 50,580,505 Shares, representing 3.16% of the Company's issued share capital and therefore 3.16% of the Company's total voting rights.
