The Company has been notified that Paul Coxon, Finance Director and Company Secretary, has today sold 230,500 Ordinary Shares of 0.2p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 175p per share.
Paul Coxons' shareholding in the Company now stands at 285,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.55 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company which is currently 51,563,475 Ordinary Shares.
