Director / PDMR Shareholding

In accordance with DTR 3.1.2 R the Company has been advised today that on 1 March 2012 John May, the Company's Non-Executive Director acquired 140,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.16% of the Company's Ordinary Shares at a price of 35 pence per share.

As a result of this acquisition, John May is deemed to have a beneficial interest of 202,500 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.23% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
