Kiotech International plc ("the Company") announces that it has been notified of the following transaction in the Company's ordinary shares of 1p each.
On 16 September 2010 Karen Prior, Group Finance Director purchased 75,000 Ordinary shares of 1p each at a price of 3.75p per share. Following the purchase Mrs. Prior's shareholding in the Company is 225,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.05% of the issued share capital.
