Director's Shareholding
The Company announces that it received notification on 22 June 2010 that on 21 June 2010, Alan Aubrey, Non-Executive Chairman, transferred 827,354 ordinary shares from his own name to the Alan John Aubrey 2010 Settlement.
Following this transaction, Alan Aubrey's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 1,074,486 ordinary shares, representing approximately 1.9 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
