Tarsus announces that it was notified on 24 March 2014 that on 24 March 2014, Robert Ware, Non-Executive Director, purchased 11,620 ordinary shares of 5p each of the Company ("Shares") at a price of 199.25p per Share.

Robert Ware's interest in Tarsus now totals 295,835 Shares, representing approximately 0.3 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
