The Company was informed today that Mr Nicholas J. Taylor, a director of the Company, exercised 15,000 conditional bonus awards in the form of ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on 7 June 2011. This award was granted on 14 November 2007.
Following this transaction, Mr Taylor's beneficial interest in the Company has increased to 84,428 Ordinary Shares representing 0.3% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
