In accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1), I hereby inform you that ITE Group plc ('the Company') was notified on 2 October 2014, in order to satisfy Disclosure Rule 3.1.2, of the following transaction:

- That Neil Jones, Finance Director of ITE Group plc, purchased 3,000 ordinary shares in the Company on 2 October 2014 at the price of £1.704p per ordinary share. Following this transaction Mr Jones holds 171,368 ordinary shares representing 0.068 % of the Company's share capital;
