Director's Dealings
The Company received notification on 13 April 2012 that John Charlton, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a purchase price of 53 pence per Ordinary Share on 10 April 2012.
Following this transaction, Mr Charlton has a beneficial interest in 5,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.1% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
