The wife of Mr Leslie Van de Walle, a Non-executive Director and Chairman of the Company, purchased 20,000 shares on 29 June 2016 at a price of £2.67 per share. As a result, Mr Van de Walle's holding in Robert Walters plc, including holdings of connected persons, is now 45,587 shares, representing 0.06% of the issued share capital of the Company.
