Directors Dealing

The Company was today informed that Tim Baldwin, Executive Chairman, has acquired 600,000 Ordinary Shares. The purchase was effected on 4 October at a price of 5p per share.

Tim Baldwin's overall interest in the Company has increased to 8,629,438 Ordinary Shares representing 7.11% of issued share capital of RAM as a result of this transaction.
