SOFTWARE RADIO TECHNOLOGY PLC DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

Software Radio Technology plc ("SRT" or the "Company") has been notified that Simon Rogers, a Non-Executive Director and founder shareholder of the Company, disposed of 250,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each in SRT at a price of 50 pence per share on 8 November 2007 and 507,500 ordinary shares at a price of 50.13 pence per share today. Following these disposals, Mr. Rogers is interested in 13,483,900 ordinary shares, representing 13.8 per cent. of the issued share capital.
