Devro announces that Sarah Murphy, a PDMR of the Company, advised the Company on 5 March 2015 that on 4 March 2015 she purchased 714 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares"), at a price of 280 pence per Share.

Following the purchase, Sarah Murphy now has an interest in 714 Shares representing 0.0004% of the issued share capital of the Company.
