The Board of Plutus announces that it was informed on 12 February 2013 that Craig Rochford (Non-Executive Director of Plutus) yesterday sold a total of 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as follows:

*1,500,000 Ordinary Shares were sold by Craig Rochford in an off-market transaction
Following the sale of Ordinary Shares the beneficial interest of Craig Rochford is, in aggregate, 1,458,043 Ordinary Shares representing 1.01% of the issued share capital of the Company. 633,043 of the Ordinary Shares that Craig Rochford has a beneficial interest in are held by The Invention Company Limited, a company wholly owned by Craig Rochford.
