In accordance with DTR 3.1.4 R, the Company announces that it was informed on 25 August 2008 that the total beneficial interest of Miguel de Fontenay, an executive director of the Company, in the ordinary share capital of the Company had increased by 100,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") so that Mr de Fontenay was now beneficially interested in a total of 5,297,369 Ordinary Shares representing 1.60 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. Mr de Fontenay's interest increased pursuant to the acquisition on 18 August 2008 of 36,250 Ordinary Shares at a price of 33.5 pence per share, 10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 33.75 pence per share and 53,750 Ordinary Shares at a price of 34 pence per share.
