Creightons PLC03 April 2006 Creightons Plc (the "Company" or "Creightons") Director's dealing The board of the Company was informed that on 30 March 2006 Bernard Johnson, adirector of the Company, transferred 2,000,000 ordinary shares in the Companyfrom his self-invested pension plan to his own name, at a price of 1.5p pershare. The transfer represents approximately 3.69 per cent. of the Company'sissued share capital. Bernard Johnson's previously disclosed beneficial holding of 3,744,569 ordinaryshares representing approximately 6.90 per cent. of the Company's issued sharecapital remains unchanged.
