CLS Holdings plc (the "Company") Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Person

The Company received notification on 30 April 2009 that on the same day the Sten Mortstedt family trust (the "Trust") established by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman of the Company, bought 658,816 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 280 pence per Ordinary Share. Therefore the Trust's interest in the Company following this transaction is 24,757,627 Ordinary Shares (51.55%).
