City of London (LSE: CLIG), a leading specialist asset management group offering a range of institutional products investing in closed-end funds, has been notified that Rian Dartnell, a Non-Executive Director, a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR"), has purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £3.91956 per share.
Following the purchase, Mr. Dartnell's beneficial interest is 50,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.1% of the Company's issued share capital.
