The Company announces that it has been informed that the following acquisitions of ordinary shares with voting rights were made on 4 February 2010 by directors or their connected persons:

Mr Paul Hooper 20,129 shares (0.06% of the ordinary shares in issue) acquired at 95p per share

Mr Andrew Magson 15,000 shares (0.04% of the ordinary shares in issue) acquired at 95p per share

Mr Richard Saville 10,000 shares (0.03% of the ordinary shares in issue) acquired at 97p per share

Following these acquisitions, the total interests of these directors and their connected persons in the Company's ordinary shares are as follows: 

Mr Paul Hooper 260,619 shares (0.72% of the ordinary shares in issue)

Mr Andrew Magson 20,000 shares (0.06% of the ordinary shares in issue)

Mr Richard Saville 23,000 shares (0.06% of the ordinary shares in issue)
