InfraStrata plc was informed on 29 February that Dr Andrew Hindle, an Executive Director of InfraStrata, on the 29 February sold 100,000 ordinary shares at 11p per share in order to meet part of his PAYE liability which was payable on the issue of Ordinary Shares acquired through a salary sacrifice in the recent Placing announced on 15 February 2012.

Dr Hindle's total beneficial shareholding in InfraStrata is now 7,172,625 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.88% of the issued and voting share capital of the Company.
