The Company was advised on 30 January 2012 that on 26 January 2012, Mr Tigue, a Director of the Company, bought 14,186 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 350.0p per share, representing 0.019% of the Company's issued share capital.

Following this purchase, Mr Tigue had a total interest of 89,780 shares in the Company representing 0.123% of the Company's issued share capital.
