SOFTWARE RADIO TECHNOLOGY PLC ("SRT" or the "Company") Director / PDMR Shareholding

SRT announces that it received notification on 7 April 2011 that Simon Rogers, Chairman of the Company, sold 425,000 ordinary shares of 0.1p each at a price of 39.5p per share on 6 April 2011. Following the sale Mr. Rogers holds 13,758,900 ordinary shares representing 13.0 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. Mr. Rogers sold the shares to satisfy institutional demand for the Company's shares in the market.
