CSF Group plc (the "Company") announces that Wong Chow Ming, Executive Director, has notified the Company that on 25th August 2011 he transferred 23,488,680 ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") held in his name to a company 100% controlled by him Technosic Limited for nil consideration. Wong Chow Ming's total shareholding remains unchanged at 23,488,680 Ordinary Shares which represents 14.68% of the Company's issued share capital.
