Director Shareholding
The Company has been informed that on 7 April 2014 the notifiable holding of Mr Anthony Nelson, Non-Executive Director, decreased following the sale of 460 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 9 pence per ordinary share in respect of an automated trading account transaction. Following this sale, Mr Anthony Nelson's notifiable interest is 1,656,543 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 3.12 per cent. of PCFG's ordinary share capital.
