Wynnstay Group plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified that, on 26th January 2009, Paul Roberts, a director of the Company, purchased 3,000 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 177.0p per share. Following this transaction, Paul Roberts is interested in 114,872 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.80% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
