Director/PDMR Dealings

The Board of the Company was informed on 28 October 2008 that the following directors' share dealings had taken place on 28 October 2008:

Howard Kitchner, a director of the Company, acquired a beneficial interest in 75,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") for a price of 1.7p per Share. These Shares were acquired by Mr Kitchner's self invested personal pension fund. As a result of this dealing, Mr Kitchner is interested in 10,019,163 Shares (representing approximately 9.0 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital). Stan Newman, a director of the Company, acquired 25,000 Shares for a price of 1.7p per Share. As a result of this dealing, Prof Newman is interested in 381,343 Shares (representing approximately 0.3 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital).
