The Company was notified on 26th April 2013 that on 25th April 2013 a person connected to Mr Fraser sold 69,750 ordinary shares of 20p each in the Company and then repurchased an identical amount of 69,750 ordinary shares of 20p each in the company into their SIPP. The market price for the transaction was 327.325p per share.

Following this transaction, the interests of Mr Fraser and a person connected to Mr Fraser remain unchanged at 1,345,151 shares of the Company representing 1.144% of the issued share capital of the Company.
