LPA Group PLC has been notified today that on 4 April 2014 Stephen Brett, an Executive Director, transferred 10,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 112p per Ordinary Share into an ISA arrangement. Mr Brett's beneficial interest in the Company has not changed as a result of this transfer and remains as below:
