Waterman Group plc, the international engineering and environmental consultancy, announces that it was notified on 10th March 2015 that Craig Beresford, a Director of the Company, purchased 20,852 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 71.5 pence each.

Following this transaction, Mr Beresford's beneficial shareholding in the Company has increased to 118,175 Ordinary Shares representing 0.38 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
