The Company has received notification from Graham Kettleborough, its Chief Executive Officer, that he has sold 9659 Ordinary 5p shares, representing 0.009% of the shares in issue, on the 5th January 2007 at a price of 179.85p per share. He has also purchased 10,000 Ordinary 5p shares, representing 0.01% of the shares in issue, on the same day at a price of 181.7p. Following these transactions Graham Kettleborough's holding is 20,000 shares, representing 0.019% of the shares in issue. These transactions were carried out for tax planning purposes.
