Director/PDMR Shareholding
This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4(1)(a) and DTR 3.1.4(1)(b).
On 24th July 2013, the following awards over ordinary shares in the Company were made to certain directors and persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") under the 2007 McKay Securities Performance Share Plan:

No consideration was paid for the grant of the awards, which are structured as nil-cost options.
* These awards represent a deferral of 60% of the bonus of the above-named directors and PDMRs. As such, the vesting of these awards is subject to the continued employment of the participants over a three year vesting period but is not subject to any performance conditions.
Following vesting, the awards will remain exercisable for a period of three years.
The Company was informed of the above transactions on 24th July 2012.
