Directors' Share Acquisition

Infrastrata plc (the "Company") has been informed that Director Andrew Hindle today purchased 46,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 27.55p per share being 23,000 for the benefit of each of his two minor daughters. Mr. Hindle is now the beneficial owner of 6,695,791 ordinary shares, representing 9.07% of the current issued share capital.
