Director shareholding
The Directors of VANE were today notified that earlier in the day Sir Richard Needham, Chairman of VANE, purchased 580,000 of the Company's ordinary shares ("Ordinary Shares") at 0.82p per share.
Following this transaction, Sir Richard Needham is interested in 2,330,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.53% of the Company's issued share capital.
