The Company announces that it has been informed that on 8 June 2010 David Durant, Planning and Design Director, passed by gift 3,200 ordinary shares of 10 pence in the Company to a member of his immediate family. Mr. Durant now has a beneficial interest in 1,246,567 ordinary shares, representing 2.50% of the issued share capital and Total Voting Rights of the Company.
