Director's dealing

REH announces that it was notified today by Sir John Baker, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, that he has purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 1.0p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in the market, at a price of 16p per Ordinary Share, representing 0.07 per cent. of the Company's entire issued ordinary share capital. 

As a result of this transaction, Sir John Baker is now beneficially interested in 245,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.35 per cent. of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
