Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR') and Connected Persons

To comply with DTR 3.1.4, the Company advises that it was notified on 31 October 2008 that following the purchase on 31 October 2008 of 3,065 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 97 pence per share, Owen Michaelson (a Non-Executive Director of the Company) now has an interest in 10,618 ordinary shares of 1p each which represents 0.0067% of the total shares in issue.
