The Company announces that it has been informed today that on 17 February 2016 James Furlong, Land Director, gifted in aggregate 100,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his two sisters for nil consideration. Following these transfers of Ordinary Shares, James Furlong is now beneficially interested in 1,234,342 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 1.65% of the current issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
