DataCash Group plc, the Aim-listed Payment Services Provider, was yesterday informed of the following Director share dealing:

On 30 March 2010, Mr. David Bailey (Non-Executive Deputy Chairman) and his wife purchased 20,000 DataCash shares at 193p per share. Following the transaction, Mr. Bailey (and his connected parties) is the beneficial owner of 555,562 shares (0.60% of the Company's issued share capital).
