Directors Interests

The Company announces that David Wilks, a director of the Company, informed the Company today that the beneficial holding of himself and his wife is 9,465 shares which represents 0.10% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The holding had previously been misstated and now includes an additional 353 ordinary shares which were purchased by his wife on 24 November 2014 at a price of £3.93 per share.

The non-beneficial holding of David Wilks remains at 96,958 shares in James Cropper EBT Ltd which represents 1.05% of the issued share capital of the Company.
