In accordance with DTR 3, the Company announces it has been notified that Mr Stephen Ferriss, a non-executive director of the Company, has acquired further ordinary shares of 1 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') in the Company.

Mr Ferriss acquired 46,700 Ordinary Shares on 22 November 2011 at a price of 22 pence per Ordinary Share pursuant to the exercise of warrants. Following the acquisition of these shares, Mr Ferriss has a notifiable interest in 367,451 Ordinary Shares representing 0.08 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
